- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely worst communication, coordination, and service I've received from any financial institution. I've had an open loan account with them for the last two years and it has truly been nothing but a hassle. I have tried removing an auto bill pay status for the last 3 months in preparation to pay off the outstanding balance of the entire loan, however they have failed to process the request (hard copy form) on 3 separate occasions making it difficult to issue an accurate check to them. I will be closing all accounts with this FCU and do business elsewhere. Complete let down.By Jeffrey Ahrndt, August 15, 2017
