- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolute horrid experience. Overpriced and unprofessional. It's been two months since I went in and had my taxes done, they keep telling me that they will take care of the paperwork that I dropped off after the appointment. They have not and they do not return calls. My return still has not been processed because the IRS hasn't gotten the paperwork that was supposedly sent, and I'm probably going to be penalized because of these a**holes.
